Conclusion of contrat : The reservation becomes effective when the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 30% for deposits and 100% for the total room rental and a copy of the contract signed before the date specified on the contract.
Cancellation by the tenant : All cancellations must be notified by letter to the owner. Cancellation more than two months before the date of hire, we will retain 25% of deposit, Cancellation one month before the date of hire, we retain 50% of deposit, Cancellation less than one month before the date of hire, the deposit remains the owner.
If the tenant does not reply within 24 hours after the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the landlord may dispose of his house. The deposit is also the owner who asked for the balance of the lease.
Paying the balance : The balance of the rent is payable on entry to the premises.
State Sites : An inventory is jointly established and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative on arrival
The cleaning of : is charged to the tenant during the lease period and before his departure. The costs of cleaning is 35 € for a T1, 45 € for T2, 55 € for a T3, 65 € for a T4, 75 € for a T5 and Cade and 85 € for a T6.
A deposit or bond : On arrival the tenant, a security deposit in the amount indicated on the contract is requested by the owner (500 € for a T1, 600 € for T2, 700 € for Q3, 800 € for a T4 and T5, 900 € and 1,000 € for Chives for a T6).
Pets : The agreement specifies whether the tenant can stay or not in the company of a pet. Generally, they are not allowed in the summer. Failure to comply with this clause by the tenant, the landlord may refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made.
