Gather round the big wooden tables for a convivial way to enjoy regional dishes prepared by our cook in the home-style tradition of Provencal cuisine. Depending on the estate’s production and what is in season at the local markets, you will find an authentic menu featuring tasty dishes like Provencal beef stew and fresh pasta, baked potatoes, etc. Or how about a love apple omelette, traditional fish soup and lemon mousse…
Or a classic onion tart and frogs’ legs, stuffed turkey from the farm, Guinea fowl in a rosé wine sauce… All washed down with our delicious estate wines, of course ! |

The Auberge invites you to rediscover the bounty of Provence served throughout its daily menus, in the warm and spontaneous setting of a true Provencal table d’hôte.
The menu features typically Provencal cuisine that gives pride of place to farm-grown and market-fresh products: fruits and vegetables, poultry, home-made caillettes (individual pâtés) or Provencal tart with vegetables from our garden, fish, tomatoes, courgettes, generously seasoned with garlic, chives, savoury, thyme, farigoulette (wild Provencal thyme), sage and rosemary…
All these wonderful flavours are enhanced in our very own ancestral recipes. |

For the daily meal, or for any special occasion, a family reunion or business meeting, we prepare our menus with wholesome, all-natural products, many of which are the fruit of the estate’s approach to the integrated farming.
Our traditional cuisine features farm-fresh products: rediscover the true taste of vegetables from our garden, apples from our orchard… ducks from the hennery, rabbits… and olive oil from the estate’s very own olive trees. |
