At the heart of Provence, 10 minutes from the Saint Maximin exit (no. 34) off the A8 motorway, a ½ hour from Aix and 1 hour from Marseille, the Domaine de l’Abbaye de Saint Hilaire invites you to share your special moments in two prestigious reception venues :
- At the Manoir, in a fully renovated and restored manor house from the early 1900s, an elegant room bathed in light, as well as another adjoining room, a terrace and garden await you, in a functional setting equipped with a service room (bride’s dressing room or nursery) and a catering area with a professional fridge, with direct access for the caterer’s van.
A total of 2 rooms that cater equally well to private receptions (weddings, baptisms, PACS – civil solidarity pacts, etc.) and corporate events (meetings, workshops, seminars).
- At the Chêneraie, a tent reception :
Nestled in the hills, the sprawling grounds of the Domaine de Saint Hilaire are the perfect place to hold your tent wedding.
Enjoy your reception in a privileged setting at the heart of nature, a rural venue tailored to your needs with modular structures that can accommodate anywhere from 50 to 300 people.
The site is also suitable for corporate events, particularly with car manufacturers, since the height of the tents can allow for vehicles inside.
- Accommodations
And if you don’t want to hit the road after the party, La Marotte, an old mas with character, has been fully renovated into 14 flats, ranging from studios to six rooms in size, in addition to 3 rooms. There are also 7 very affordable rooms available at the Auberge, just steps from the Manoir. |

The doors to the sumptuous building open: everything is ready in the elegant reception hall with seating for up to 200 people.
In the adjoining lounge, glasses of champagne are still patiently waiting in rows on long, white tablecloths…
Buffets, luncheons, cocktails and dinners, enjoyed in summer on the terrace or in the garden; in winter before the large fireplace of our centennial Manoir, a dream location on this special day… Bathed in light in all seasons, air-conditioned, functional, equipped with a catering area and a dressing room for the bride, the Manoir is everything you could hope for in a venue…
Gold chairs with red velvet seats or with white chair covers (extra charge), personalised “Cuvée des Mariés” wine labels upon request (see conditions)…
Depending on the number of guests, your budget, your desires, opt for a « week-end » package, from Saturday morning until late Sunday afternoon to enjoy the party a little longer, or an “evening” package during the week or off-season.
Only 10 minutes from the Saint Maximin Basilica, 15 minutes from Trets, 1/2 hour from Aix en Provence, 1 hour from Marseille or Toulon, make your dreams come true on the biggest day of your life ! |

Your “Star Package” is a truly unique service for big weddings: St Hilaire holds a photo shoot before the wedding to create a prestigious album to show to guests on the big day.
For two full days everything, absolutely everything, is taken care of during this rehearsal unlike any other: personalised service, hair dresser, make-up artist, your own photographer for a full day of unforgettable photos, taken at locations chosen for the occasion (from the estate abbey to the Sainte Victoire mountain, from lavender fields (in season) to the fountains of Aix en Provence, etc.).
The bride-to-be can choose her outfit(s) from a full line of dresses on loan for the event from our partner dress designer. |
