At the heart of its 1 500 hectares of private forest and vineyards, the Abbaye de Saint Hilaire provides the peaceful venue you need for all your large-scale corporate events:
- Meetings, gala dinners… at the Manoir, a fully renovated manor house from the early 1900s with a bright interior and stunning view of the vineyards, the forest and the Auréliens mountains… up to 200 people. - Reception or events at the Chêneraie with tents set up upon request, based on your needs and the number of guests: 200, 300, 500 people… - 40 km of trails and a crossing area: essential components for a successful vehicle launch or 4WD driver training course. Our estate accommodates manufacturers and makes its facilities available: groomed trails in over 1 200 hectares of forest, washing area, operation of tractor shovel upon request, option of private hire, safety (no road to cross), ease of access for road tests, service stations only 10 km away… -Far from a traditional hotel, La Marotte is an old Provencal mas offering friendly, 3- and 4-star accommodations … The Auberge, on the other hand, will win you over by the quality and simplicity of its rooms… Not to mention the quality of its delicious local cuisine, with either catered meals or served at the Auberge. |

With 40 kilometres of trails, a farm, a protected natural environment and an exceptional vineyard, you can organise the incentive activities you want.

The Manoir boasts 320 sq.m of air-conditioned, covered reception space spanning three upscale rooms (175, 75 and 71 sq.m) with a capacity of 20 to 200 people. Rooms enjoy natural light (with black-out facilities), as well as access to the terrace and garden. Service room equipped with a catering area (for an external service provider) and technical material upon request. HVAC system. Tables and chairs on location, white chair covers for hire, round and rectangular tables.
A tent can be hired for the Chêneraie upon request (no tents year round). Estimates are drawn up based on requirements: flooring, awning, type of chairs, table diameter, sound system, lighting, etc.
For accommodations, La Marotte has 40 rooms in boutique flats, with the option of booking the entirety for a private function, as well as a swimming pool by the olive grove… Conviviality is a must, since flats are to be shared with others, but what could be easier in a 150-sq.m flat with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms !
There is also the Auberge and its 7 fully renovated standard rooms. Warm and hearty Provencal cuisine is served for tables of up to 50 people. External catering service upon request (more than 50 people). |
